Needs Survey

• Analysis of global assignee’s requirements through CRA’s pre-assignment survey followed by a meeting or teleconference.

Pre-assignment Services 

• Preparation of Welcome Pack (containing extensive area guides, websites, state and county maps, and cultural information) to provide to global assignee for their pre-assignment visit.
• Search for suitable properties within global assignee’s housing budget.
• Schedule property tour in line with global assignee’s schedule.
• Accompany global assignee to visit selected properties.
• Assist global assignee with property selection process.
• Search for schooling in line with the family’s requirements
• Arrange a schedule of visits to selected schools
• Accompany family on visit to selected schools if requested.
• Provide assistance/guidance with selection.

Settling In Services: 

• Assist with registration/enrollment of child(ren) at school(s).
• Assist and accompany global assignee with registration for a Social Security Number.
• Accompany global assignee and/or spouse to register with local Doctor/Dentist if requested.
• Assist with obtaining local driving license and vehicle registration, if necessary.
• Provide assistance with opening a bank account and obtaining renters and liability insurance.
• Provide general community information and list of possible useful support services (cleaning services, contractors, health clubs, etc.)
• Provide advice and assistance with purchase of automobile(s) if requested.
• Provide Follow up with global assignee and family quarterly.

Departure 

• Provide assistance with paperwork on close out of property, utilities and insurance.
• Coordinate mail forwarding and other necessary services. 
• Provide smooth transition.
